How to send a notice
Send your notice through the contact page with the subject "DMCA". To be valid, your notice should include:
- The copyrighted work you say was infringed, or a representative list.
- The exact URL on realjobcheck.com where the material appears, so we can find it.
- Your name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the material if it is warranted.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice through the same contact page. Include the material and its location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate cases we will limit or remove access for people who repeatedly infringe.
